Somehow one of the most visually striking species from "Episode IV: A New Hope" also remains one of the most obscure, being long overdue for the spotlight that many of their contemporaries have already received!
Constancian
I know "uncanny valley" has become a bit of an overused buzz phrase, but if any sentient species in Star Wars embodied this idea, I think it would have to be the Constancians, who would probably be unsettling across any medium.
Borneck
Honestly, one of the most peaceful and content species I've ever written about, who don't come across as all that compelling, but sometime it is nice to have a break from writing about the tragedies so commonplace within the Star Wars universe!
Jaluku
One of my favorite alien designs to come from "The Rise of Skywalker," I still remember the day I found out that the name "Jaluku" had been randomly dropped in the "Batuu Bounty Hunters" Galaxy's Edge companion app!
Pada
There really isn't much to say about the Pada as it stands, bipedal felinoids with goat horns is about as "throwaway" as it gets, though, as always, I hope they will be fleshed out more someday in the future!
Nejma
Another of the seventeen members of the "Iskalonian School" who, unfortunately, we never quite get a good look at, though we know at least a little bit of individual information about.
Meftian
The "Skullbeards," as they were originally referred to behind the scenes of "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story," are a rather striking species who manage to escape the "fleshy-looking" curse of the early Disney Star Wars films.
Balti
One of only a handful of walrus-like sentients in the Star Wars franchise so far who, unfortunately, only have one true appearance (and a handful of references) under their belt.
Zemerin
A bizarre race of small, one-legged, "negative energy vampires" who travel from planet to planet inciting conflict and confusion so that they can feed.
Hysalrian
A legendary species among a galaxy of legends who were at least partially responsible for the formation of the Jedi Grand Master Yoda that we know today!
