A rather unremarkable species, the Er’kit have maintained approximately the same lore across both Canon and Legends, seldom popping up in any media since Episode I: The Phantom Menace.

The Octeroid’s striking and often menacing appearance does not exactly align with their reputation as a race of gentle giants, simply attempting to observe all of the wonders the vast galaxy has to offer.

The Mairan were an incredible unique (and slightly confusing) species within the Star Wars universe which pose a lot of similarly unique lore questions as well as challenge our perception of awareness and true sentience.

The Battrach were a “race” of genetically engineered turtle-people created specifically to serve their dolphin-like creators, the Duors.

The Caskadag have a rather unique appearance, and a sentient species based on camel of all things surprisingly don’t pop-up all too often.
